Mikki Rose is a Characters Fur Lead and Character Simulation Fur Lead at Blue Sky Studios, with experience in grooming fur, hair, feathers, and environment assets as well as hair rigging and simulation for cloth, hair, and supplemental character assets. Prior to Blue Sky Studios she worked in visual effects in the Los Angeles area, spending several years at both Rhythm & Hues Studios and Sony Pictures Imageworks. Mikki was named Conference Chair for ACM SIGGRAPH 2019 and is continuing her volunteer efforts as the Conference Advisory Group Chair, which also makes her a member of the ACM SIGGRAPH Executive Committee.
Peter C Britton is an Assistant Professor at Missouri Western State University (MWSU) in the Department of Art. He teaches Game Design and Digital Animation. Prior to MWSU he taught Computer Animation and Game Art Design at Digital Media Arts College and the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. He has worked on real-time visualization for real estate using Unity and Unreal gaming engines. In addition to interactive and non-interactive media, he has developed and designed game controller add-ons for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One gaming systems. He holds an M.F.A. and B.F.A. from Miami International University.
"Brian Gene Burton, Ed.D. is a teacher, author, and game developer. Besides authoring books on game and app development and contributing to several academic books on serious games and learning in virtual worlds, Dr. Burton has created game development degrees at two universities and enjoys researching and playing virtual environments. These programs are widely recognized with one of them top-ranked internationally in game development programs.
Dr. Burton presents and publishes internationally on his research and enjoys sharing what he has learned about game and mobile development.
