Our Computer Simulation and Gaming (CSGC) staff along with The University of Tulsa are closely monitoring the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19). With that said I thought we would share some updates regarding out plans as of right now.
CSGC COMPETITIONS WILL GO ON
Let me reassure everyone anxiously preparing their projects for our 2020 Computer Simulation and Gaming Conference (CSGC) competitions, they will go on as planned.
All contest submissions are submitted digital (online) with the deadline of March 31st. Our judges will be able to access these submissions after the deadline date, and will be able to judge remotely with out any issues.
Conference & Exhibition
The conference and exhibition are scheduled to be held on April 17th and 18th in the Allen Chapman Student Union at the University of Tulsa. As of right now we are moving forward as planned.
However, if we hear anything different we will notify all participating parties as soon as possible. Regardless of the situation we do not want to let this virus get the best of us. Therefore it is our promise that CSGC will go on, whether it be in person or through a virtual space, we will make this happen.
